PoliTO invites all first-year international students and exchange students to participate in Welcome Weeks: events and initiatives created to welcome you to campus and start familiarizing with our university and the city.

The calendar can include campus tours, cultural events, socializing activities organized by the students associations fostering connections between students and their new environment. By providing a warm and inclusive atmosphere we ensure a smooth transition and a memorable experience for all international students.

Welcome Point

During the months of September, October, February and March our staff - supported by Mentor Students - will be available to provide assistance, answer questions and offer whole guidance, ensuring you a warm welcome and insertion within our university community.

You will receive information about the procedures to be completed upon your arrival and much more: from applying for the Fiscal Code (Codice Fiscale) to obtaining a Residence Permit (if required); from instructions on how to open a bank account to acquiring a SIM card for your smartphone; from information about cultural events, exhibitions and other scheduled activities of our calendar to general inquiries about the city that you may have.

Fiscal Code - Agenzia delle Entrate Desk

The Agenzia Entrate (Revenue Agency) desk for issuing Fiscal Codes is active during the months of September, October and February.

To access the service, it is necessary to make a reservation on the reservation Tool available in your PoliTO page, Portale della Didattica (which you can access only after your enrolment with the PoliTO matricola number).
