The Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)", and Legislative Decree 196/2003, "Privacy Code", as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018, define rules relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data to which the Politecnico di Torino complies.

Personal Data Breach: "a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed".
For teaching staff, research staff, technical administrative staff, students, in the event of a suspected Data Breach, activate the procedure by immediately reporting the event by communicating to 5050 (5050@polito.it / 011.090.5050).
