Required documents

The attachments should be either in PDF format or in any unmodifiable image format (BMP, Jpeg, etc.). Word, Excel or any other modifiable formats are not accepted. Please make sure that every single attachment is clearly readable.

MANDATORY ATTACHMENTS:

  • Valid identification document (if your document has expired/will expire before the beginning of your mobility or you haven't it yet, you will have to request it well in advance or your application won't be accepted)

Passport (for Extra-EU citizens): a scan copy only of the page with your data

ID Card (for EU citizens): a scan copy of both sides of it

  • Home University Transcript of Records

This document includes the list of all the exams that you have passed, but also the courses that you are currently attending at your Home University. It must be official, duly signed and stamped by your Home University, and updated. Politecnico only accepts documents in Italian, English, French and Spanish duly stamped and signed by your Home University.

  • Learning Agreement proposal (only for mobility for final project/PhD research)

This document specifies the thesis/research activity that you will carry out at Politecnico di Torino. Please note that the Learning Agreement that you will attach has to be approved by your Home University, which means that the document has to be duly stamped and signed. 

  • Language Certificate/s

Only Double/Joint Degree students have to attach the certificate/s attesting their level of English and/or Italian, as indicated in the section Language requirements for Double Degree/Joint Degree students.

Exchange students taking part in a mobility for courses, courses and final project, final project are not required to attach any language certificate. Indeed, their language/s skills have already been declared by their Home University during the nomination procedure: that declaration is enough to fulfill the language requirements.

NON-COMPULSORY ATTACHMENTS:

  • Final Project proposal

Only students selected for a mobility for final project/PhD research can attach a brief description of the activity/subject they will work on.
