Welcome Point
During the months of September and October our staff - supported by Mentor Students - will be available to provide assistance, answer questions and offer whole guidance, ensuring you a warm welcome and insertion within our university community.
You will receive information about the procedures to be completed upon your arrival and much more: from applying for the Fiscal Code (Codice Fiscale) to obtaining a Residence Permit (if required); from instructions on how to open a bank account to acquiring a SIM card for your smartphone; from information about cultural events, exhibitions and other scheduled activities of our calendar to general inquiries about the city that you may have.

From the 26th February to the 15th March 2024 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
Fiscal Code - Agenzia delle Entrate Desk
In the days of February 28th, 29th, and March 1st, the Agenzia Entrate (Revenue Agency) desk for issuing Fiscal Codes is active. Here you can find information about the documentation to be presented.
The desk is located in the Main Campus – Corso Castelfidardo, 39 at Cittadella Politecnica – ground floor, right side down the hall
To access the service, it is necessary to make a reservation on the reservation Tool available in your PoliTO page, Portale della Didattica (which you can access only after your enrolment with the PoliTO matricola number)
