- Junior Maintenance Planner (Novara Plant)
Ensuring the correct planning of production taking into account the needs and constraints of production within the required timeframe, managing and processing the various activities; - Continuous Improvement Engineer (Marcianise Plant)
Ensuring the implementation of the ‘Continuous Improvement Program’ by identifying and implementing specific site projects in accordance with the centrally designed mode - Production Shift Leader (Marcianise Plant)
Guaranteeing the running of the plant according to budgeted indicators through the execution of the production programme, planning, organising, managing and optimising the resources required to run the production lines, ensuring compliance with Process, Quality, Safety and Environmental standard - Process Improvement Line Leader (Castiglione delle Stiviere Plant)
Implementing, promoting and encouraging, for its areas/lines of competence, an environment of continuous improvement with the aim of improving efficiency and effectiveness in terms of performance of Production, Quality, Safety, Environment and Energy, involving all functions related to production processes and stimulating the engagement of people; - Plant Engineer (Parma Plant); Plant Engineer (Foggia Plant)
Ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the production and packaging lines, planning and managing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities, internal and external resources and revamping interventions, proposing investment projects and scheduled interventions in order to maximise the performance of the production lines, guaranteeing the availability of spare parts, respecting plant requirements and company guidelines.
