Have you ever dreamed of designing, building, and launching a real rocket into space?
The engineering team of the Politecnico di Torino challenges every year the impossible with ambitious projects that push student innovation beyond every limit.
What are the activities?
Polito Rocket Team deals with the design, manufacturing, and launching of suborbital rockets, taking the name of the Politecnico to the most prestigious world competitions: from IREC in the USA to EuRoC in Portugal!
The challenges of 2026:
- Amerigo Vespucci Project: the Team will start working on next year’s competition rocket, which will integrate liquid propulsion.
- VES MKIII Launch: We aim to carry out the official launch in September!
Who is the Team looking for?
Male and female students from all degree courses and all years. No previous experience is needed: Polito Rocket Team is looking for your passion, your engineering curiosity, and your desire to get involved.

- Recovery Engineer
