Join Team ISAAC: 2026 Recruitment

Team ISAAC focuses on service robotics. Since last year, we have been competing in the international RoboCup Rescue Robot League with our robot, Rese.Q.

Current open positions in the Team are:

Communication & Design
  • Social Media Manager: Creating content for the team’s LinkedIn and Instagram profiles.
  • Video & Photography: Shooting and editing visual content to showcase team activities.
  • Graphic Design: Designing team materials such as posters and flyers.
  • Web Design: Designing the team’s official website.
Software
  • Python Programming: High-level software management using ROS (remote control interface, robot feedback, trajectory communication, etc.).
  • Computer Vision: Environment mapping and obstacle recognition.
  • SLAM: Simultaneous Localization and Mapping.
  • System Admin: Management and maintenance of the lab server and software platforms (e.g., Proxmox, OPNsense, Docker, Wireguard).
  • Web Development.
Embedded Systems
  • Software Area: Low-level C++ programming for motor control, inter-module communication, and sensor management.
  • Electronics Area: SMD PCB design using Altium, procurement, assembly, and testing.
Mechanics
  • Mechanical Design: 3D printing and hands-on prototyping.
Management
  • Budget & Logistics: Expense tracking, procurement planning for all areas, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Sponsor Relations: Preparing communication materials, drafting formal requests, and maintaining contacts with supporting companies and institutions.
  • Project Coordination: Assisting leadership in planning, monitoring overall project progress, and improving cross-functional workflows.
In Team ISAAC, you can contribute to multiple areas, gaining real-world experience that is highly valued in the job market. You will participate actively in the final project from day one, getting to the heart of robotics design. We are always open to fresh, innovative ideas for future service robotics projects.
