Join PoliTo H2Fly, recruiting is finally open again!

PoliTo H2Fly is a students Team that designs and builds a prototype of a hydrogen-battery hybrid catamaran to compete in the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge, an international competition that promotes the development of zero-emission powertrains in the nautical sector.

Our work brings together a wide range of skills, such as:
- Development and optimization of a hydrogen fuel cell,
- Design of a custom electric outboard motor,
- Assembly of a battery pack,
- Sensor integration and telemetry,
- Structural analysis to obtain a lightweight and functional frame,
- Work with composite materials and 3D printing,
- Hydrodynamic studies and design of high-performance propellers.

At the moment, PoliTo H2Fly is looking for:
-️ Mechanical designer: motor transmission development, steering system development, frame structural analysis
- Materials engineer: research and development on composites and 3D printing materials
- Mechatronics engineer

- Social media manager and content creator
- Purchases and budget manager
- Specialists in hydrogen systems and fuel cells
- Researchers in fluid-dynamics and optimization
- Mathematics engineers for numerical models and simulations
