Boat Race 2025
On December 13, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., the Tiber River will once again take center stage with the Boat Race, the amateur university regatta organized by the University of Rome Foro Italico in collaboration with the Foro Italico University Foundation, now in its third edition.
Six teams will take part in the competition, representing Sapienza University of Rome, University of Rome Tor Vergata, LUISS Guido Carli, Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome, and the Polytechnic University of Turin, along with the team from the University of Rome Foro Italico.
The event will consist of two racing phases:

- The first phase features a single sprint of approximately 500 meters, starting from Ponte della Musica and finishing at the university’s Rowing Center.
- The second phase involves a double sprint, each approximately 500 meters long, on reversed waters.
