Since February 2026 the Politecnico has adopted a list of conflict-affected countries. The list is defined by the Student Contribution and Project Commission (Commissione di Ateneo per la Contribuzione Studentesca) and periodically updated (sources: FY2027 Public FCV, Fragility Conflict Violence List - World Bank Group and Dataset ACLED, Armed Conflict Location and Event Data – Conflict fatalities). This list has been thought to provide coherent and swift responses to students in difficult situations, either through specific initiatives and/or with more structural adaptation of procedures and services.
Adopted changes and initiatives are directly communicated to the interested part of the student population and circulated via institutional communication channels.
