International Mobility Division

The International Mobility Division manages incoming&outgoing exchange programmes centrally, working in close cooperation with other PoliTo offices. Such exchange programmes range from programmes in the framework of the Erasmus Programme, to others the framework of special projects and bilateral agreements with higher education institutions both in Europe and overseas. 

CAMPUS HELP DESK  

Open access, the help desk is located in the main campus: Corso Castelfidardo, 39 - Torino - Cittadella Politecnica - first floor.
Opening Time: Tuesday and Thursday from 9 am to 12:30 pm 

>>> IMPORTANT! The campus help desk is available until July 31st, 2025. The desk will then close for the summer break and reopen on Tuesday August 19th.

 

VIRTUAL HELP DESK 

Upon reservation, to be agreed through the ticketing service.
Availability: from Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm 

  • Incoming students: Ticket -> Incoming Mobility -> Incoming Mobility - General Information -> Virtual Desk -> Contact the Help Desk. 
  • PoliTo students taking part in an Outgoing mobility: select the proper topic related to “Outgoing Mobility” and send a ticket asking for a meeting. Do not forget to mention the main topic you need assistance for.
