First or second-cycle degree programme students
The reimbursement percentage for public transport passes is determined according to the applicant's valid ISEE value as of 18th December 2026.
⚠️ Non-EU students whose household income and assets are held abroad must also submit an Equivalent ISEE (ISEE Parificato) when applying for reimbursement if they belong to one of the following categories:
- students enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree programme from academic year 2025/2026 onwards;
- students enrolled in Master's Degree or Specialist Degree programmes, regardless of their enrolment year;
- students transferring to Politecnico di Torino from another university for academic year 2026/2027.
The Equivalent ISEE can be entered in the "ISEEU Submission – Other Benefits" section of the Teaching Portal.
The reimbursement percentage is applied to a maximum eligible expenditure of:
- €208 for students with an ISEE up to €50.500;
- €258 for students with an ISEE above €50.500.
The reimbursement is calculated:
- on the purchase amount if it is below the applicable maximum (€208/€258)
- on the University's maximum eligible amount (€208/€258) if the purchase amount exceeds that limit
⚠️ If you apply for reimbursement of both a transport pass and a bike-sharing subscription, the reimbursement percentage will be applied to the combined total, up to the maximum eligible amount.
Please refer to the reimbursement calculation tables for further details.
