EY NextGen Women 2023 Competition
Take part in the international competition EY NextGen Women 2023. During the event, you will have the opportunity to take part in group and individual challenges and interactive sessions on the diversity & inclusion topic. You can meet EY professionals and participate in the final celebration award event!

The EY NextGen Women 2023 is the EY international competition that will give you access to the world of EY Strategy and Transactions service line (SaT). It will allow you to discover a different career perspective and get you connected with our leadership and impressive women across all ranks and 24 different countries. We hope to foster a community where women from different backgrounds can learn, be challenged and develop relationships that will last a lifetime.
Strategy and Transactions enables clients to navigate complexity by reimagining their eco-systems, reshaping their portfolios and reinventing themselves for a better future. With global connectivity and scale, we drive corporate strategy, capital allocation and transaction advisory through execution to enable fast-track value creation. We support the flow of capital across borders and help bring new products and innovation to market. In doing so, we enable our clients to build a better working world by fostering long-term value.
Who can participate to EY NextGen Women 2023?
The competition is open to students attending the first year of a master's degree in Economics, Engineering or STEM. We want to meet the brightest young women in Italy, strongly oriented to an international context. We ask the applicants to have a proficient knowledge of English as the entire competition will be held in English.
How to submit your application and next steps?
To join the EY NextGen Women 2023 competition, take the first step by completing the application with your updated resume; if you’ll get selected by our recruiters, you’ll receive an email to complete the online application phase.
Step 1: The Italian competition (Summer 2023)
The Italian competition will be held in July: you'll get involved in networking events to meet with the SaT leadership and EY professionals, group case studies and individual challenges.
Step 2: Global final event (Autumn 2023)
Our country winner will work on individual and group activities, challenging all the national finalists from other 24 countries in the world to be the EY NextGen Women 2023 winner.
