FiberCop Recruiting Day @PoliTO
Join this Recruiting Day with FiberCop!
FiberCop is the company that manages Italy’s most advanced, extensive and pervasive digital network infrastructure. With 26 million kilometres of fibre optic cable already laid – a distance equal to more than 600 times the Earth’s circumference – and ultra-broadband coverage reaching over 96% of active lines, the company provides high-performance connectivity for millions of users. The FTTH (Fibre To The Home) network reaches about 40% of premises in the country, ensuring speed and reliability for households and businesses.
The event aims to present the Graduate Programme, a FiberCop initiative designed for recent master’s graduates (STEM disciplines for Tech and BI roles; Economics/Management and Industrial Engineering for Strategy roles) who bring curiosity, pragmatism, and a passion for teamwork.
During the event, FiberCop managers will share insights into the first months of the programme (onboarding, bootcamp, job rotation, active participation in strategic projects), the support provided (tutoring, mentoring, and a community of young talents), and the career prospects of becoming a permanent part of FiberCop. At the end of the session, FiberCop recruiters will explain how to apply effectively (CV + short video pitch + assessment).
