Call for applications conflict zones

With the aim of promoting concrete actions of solidarity and support, Politecnico di Torino, within the framework of the 41st PhD cycle, has published a call with:

  • no. 1 PhD position with scholarship reserved for international students holding foreign citizenship and a foreign academic qualification suitable for access to PhD programmes, residing in and coming from countries affected by armed conflict;
  • no. 1 PhD position with scholarship reserved for candidates with international protection (refugee status or subsidiary protection) of Afghan citizenship, holding a second-cycle academic degree obtained in Italy or abroad, suitable for access to PhD programmes.

The PhD programme shall start on 1 June 2026 and shall last 36 months, subject to possible extensions in accordance with the University Regulations on PhD programmes.
