Training for Change: Educating for Nonviolence
The Unified Guarantee Committee (CUG) of Politecnico di Torino, in collaboration with the CUG of the University of Turin, the Gender Studies Center of Politecnico di Torino, and the CIRSDe of the University of Turin, invites the entire Politecnico community to participate in the event commemorating the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
The event, titled "Training for Change: Educating for Nonviolence", is an opportunity to reflect and take concrete action to promote a culture of respect and equality through dialogue and the sharing of best practices and educational strategies.

Registration is required to attend the event.
The day's activities will continue in the afternoon. At 5:30 PM, the Anti-Violence Help Desk will be inaugurated, in collaboration with the E.M.M.A. Onlus Anti-Violence Center. Active from June 2024, the Help Desk is a fundamental service offering support and assistance to victims of violence, serving not only the entire Politecnico community but also the broader public.
During the inauguration, students will join together for a moment of reflection and sharing.
The event is open to the entire Politecnico community and will take place in the courtyard of the University’s Main Campus, between the Help Desk booth and the Red Bench, a symbol of the rejection of violence against women.
