Safe(r) Spaces
On Thursday, June 15, 2023, the Safe(r) Spaces event will be held - at I3P's Agora Room - a meeting organized by the Politecnico in celebration of Pride month, aiming to engage with the University community by creating an environment for collective reflection on the concept of safer spaces for the LGBT+ community in the University.
After an opening moment, participants will be invited to share what aspects of the topic they feel are most important and would like to address within the meeting. Then, starting from the themes that emerged, participants will be divided into working groups, in which they will be able to propose concrete solutions to the problems related to space management at the Politecnico, and which can also be presented through self-produced material. In the final part of the event, each group will present its proposals and will also be able to discuss them in plenary with some LGBT+ associations from the local area. These proposals will then be presented to the administration so that it can take charge of them.
