RESTART PARTY @ POLITO
On Friday, March 3, 2023 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the glassed-in box located at the entrance to the Turin Polytechnic University Headquarters, Corso Duca degli Abruzzi, 24, even-numbered lecture hall side (2, 4, 6), experts from Restarters and WEEE Open will be on hand to help you figure out if your cell phone supports other operating systems - freer and longer-lived - and learn small maintenance tasks. Bring your cell phone and other electrical or electronic items for repair, from toasters to PlayStations.
The event is organized by Politecnico di Torino - DIATI in collaboration with Restarters Torino e WEEE Open and under the sponsorship of the Green Team.
The event is promoted as part of GreenBlue, a training course on the impact of digital offered by DIATI in collaboration with GEAM - Georisorse e Ambiente Association and Sloweb.
What is a Restart Party?
The Restarters Torino group is inspired by London's Restart Parties, 3-hour traveling events held in community spaces around the city, where volunteers with technical skills help Londoners repair and maintain consumer electronics products.
