The technical and administrative staff working in the field of quality and assessment provide support to the PQA through the following main actions:
- implementation of the actions promoted by the PQA;
- collection, analysis and processing of the data necessary for Quality Assurance procedures;
- technical and administrative support to the representatives of the peripheral structures for Quality Assurance activities;
- organising meetings and activities, preparing and archiving records and documents.
These activities are mainly carried out by the following administrative structures:
- STARQ Office - Strategy, Analysis, Reporting and Quality
- STUDI Department - Development of Education and Quality Assurance Division (Bachelor’s and Master’s)
- STUDI Department - PhD Programmes Hub
Depending on the QA areas involved, the PQA may also interact with other University Departments.
