This Division supports all University departments and offices in public and private contracting negotiation with third parties, and supervises drafting and processes of contracts, memoranda of understanding, agreements in general. The staff in this division also coordinate and are in charge of all the University's active commercial contracting processes.In this division staff is in charge of updating the University Regulations and policies concerning collaboration contracts and agreements or on behalf of third parties, as well as on the University's participations.They supervise the processes connected to Politecnico di Torino's participations in external bodies and the preliminary activities relating to the establishment and/or participation of Politecnico di Torino in third parties.

She deals with commercial contracts, in cooperation with the Head of Division and the Officer. She monitors the evolution of the law of reference, providing support to all University departments and offices. She supports the Head of Division in the drafting of documents which have to be submitted to the University Bodies. She collaborates with AGACON Office for public evidence procedures.

She deals with institutional contracts, in cooperation with the Head of Division and the Officer. She monitors the evolution of the law of reference, providing support to all University departments and offices. in drafting documents to be submitted to the University Bodies. She collaborates with AVVO University Attorneys Unit in the revision and dissemination of the Guidelines for contracts in accordance with Article 15 (L. 241/90).

She is in charge of all activities concerning Politecnico Torino's controlled entities at all stages, supporting the Head of Division and the Officer. She supervises the evolution of the law of reference, supporting all University departments and offices. She deals with the updating of the University Policy on Controlled Entities and the drafting of documents to be submitted to the “Controlled Entities committee”.
