The Unit is the point of reference for operational coordination and cross-functional support for all the Department activities. The Unit manages administrative, documentary and organisational processes, handling internal and external communication, personnel management and liaison with governing bodies, CARTT and other University Offices. The Unit also deals with the planning and monitoring of operating expenses as well as the management and monitoring of the budget and accounting processes, contributing to the enhancement of research, innovation and technology transfer activities.
He assists in the planning, management and monitoring of the Department's budget by preparing the Department's budget, in agreement with the Senior Domain Expert in Planning, Monitoring and Audit Department and in conjunction with PIFIC Department and the U-GOV and U-Budget tools. He manages and monitors the Department's budget in support of the Senior Domain Experts in Departmental Planning, Monitoring and Audit. He monitors the life cycle of projects, managed and supervised by the Department, by analysing data extracted from applications in support of the Senior Domain Expert in Planning, Monitoring and Audit. He supports the implementation of audit activities.
