The Unit is the point of reference for companies, organisations and institutions – both national and international – interested in developing strategic partnerships with the University. The Unit deals with receiving and directing external requests, facilitating the meeting of industrial needs and scientific expertise through analysis activities aimed at identifying partners and areas of interest. Working closely with internal Offices, the Unit supports the definition and management of new partnership agreements, monitors their implementation and proposes initiatives to strengthen their impact. The Unit also collaborates in promoting the University's research and activities to the business world, organising thematic workshops, matchmaking events and networking opportunities with the existing corporate network.The Unit includes the CLIK Team – Connection Lab and Innovation Kitchen, which manages the innovative teaching and open innovation activities of the Politecnico di Torino.
