General Affairs, Budget and Management Division

She coordinates and supervises the preliminary investigation of cases to be submitted to Collective bodies, also on the basis of proposals from other Department's Offices. She performs the following tasks: legal analysis of regulations of interest to the Department; collaboration to ensure uniform interpretation and application of regulations to internal processes; supervising activities relating to privacy, anti-corruption and transparency, access to documents and civic access; supervising the process of managing debt positions and debt collection in relation to student contributions; supporting management in setting up preliminary investigations in response to external requests; supporting the drafting and revision of legal documents; supervising the activities of the Disciplinary Committee and liaising with the Student Ombudsman; institutional management of relations with CIFIS.

She coordinates financial budget planning and monitoring activities. She supervises the credit registration activities under the Deparment responsibility. She plans and supervises needs of goods and services purchase and manages the related procurement procedures in collaboration with the different Offices and with AGACON Office in staff to the Director General. She supervises the settlement processes. She supports the development and monitoring of ministerial indicators of competence. She coordinates the financial reporting activities of the projects managed by the Department.
