The Career Center is the Politecnico di Torino's hub which provides students, PhD candidates and researchers with useful resources and services to build a rewarding career which has a positive impact in society and for talent acquisition. The Division plans and organizes events for students and companies to meet and get to know each other through various formats and toolsso that students can be prepared for their entry into the world of work.In line with the objectives of the European Research Area and the European Framework for Research Careers, the hub helps promote the attractiveness of research careers, the acquisition by researchers of skills useful for strengthening collaboration between academia and business, and the development of researchers' career paths within and beyond academia.
Job Placement Unit
The Unit acts for the different types of employers, supporting the talent acquisition of students, graduates, PhD candidates and PhD graduates from our University in order to facilitate the contact between candidates and first job opportunities. The Unit organises recruitment and/or employer branding events, trade fairs or events dedicated to individual companies, in collaboration with the CCBI Department. It manages the IT platform in liason with the ISIAD Departments for job posting and access to the CV database.
Domain Expert Internships
She provides administrative support for training/education activities involving collaboration between the University and the world of work. She coordinates relations with the collegi of degree programmes for the management of internships. She is in charge of curricular and extra-curricular internship activities in Italy and abroad and organises events to promote the internship tool. She supervises the relevant regional, national as well as international regulations on internships.

Individual Grants for Research Careers Unit
The Unit promotes Polito participation in calls for basic and individual research and for researcher mobility (e.g. ERC, PRIN, FIS, MSCA, COST), as well as Polito participation in calls which fund innovations or disruptive technologies with low TRL (ERC PoC, EIC Pathfinder, FISA), by supporting researchers in assessing the best opportunities with respect to career paths and project ideas. The Uniyt facilitates the integration of cross-cutting aspects of research such as ethics, open science and gender equality into research activities and projects.
