The Division ensures the actions aimed at the development of the organisational structure and its people. It manages the processes of analysis, evaluation and monitoring of organisational assignments for staff and it is in charge of the processes relating to granting, renewal and revocation of responsibility positions. Within the Division, there is the Staff Training School, which plans and manages training courses for staff necessary for skills enhancement, development and updating. The Division manages the individual performance evaluation process including the Performance Measurement and Assessment System.

She manages relations with the various Offices in order to support them in identifying the most suitable training courses, designing training content consistent with educational objectives, and identifying the most effective teaching methodology. She also collaborates, within the School, to propose innovative cross-disciplinary training courses consistent with the training and development needs of the University's administrative staff.

He handles the organisation, logistics and formal aspects – such as teaching assignments – of cross-disciplinary training events identified by the Staff Training School in line with the overall multi-year plan. He supports communication and the launch of training initiatives through the following tools: email, Training Portal, institutional website section dedicated to the Staff Training School, institutional social media according to the School's editorial policy and with the collaboration of  ARIA Department. He collaborates with the Domain Supervision Aspects of University Events and Cultural Manifestations, on proposal of ARIA Department and in agreement with PEPS Department.

The Unit is in charge of all actions related to the organisation transformation in order to ensure the implementation of the strategic dimension. It manages the organisational chart also for the purposes of organisational integration in the systems. It manages the assignment of organisational roles; mobility and internal transfers; the professional skills models. It manages and updates the Performance Measurement and Assesment System, supervises the individual performance management process and provides support to the Offices, to the evaluated subjects and to the evaluators in the objectives definition, monitoring and evaluation.

She supervises organisational development activities at different levels, with a view to their integration for the full enhancement and proper allocation of the PTAB staff, update the organisation charts, processes the related data and the dedicated section of the website, including translations.
