The Division coordinates and supports the processes connected with trade union relations in all the relational models provided by Staff and Executives of the Department's Contract. It participates in the delegation of the employer's side by providing technical-legal support and preparing the supplementary contracts and other trade union agreements, with the support of the Divisions of the Department and PIFIC Department for the financial aspects. It carries out activities of study, analysis and interpretation of the legal and contractual rules on trade union and labour relations. It handles relations with trade unions. It supports the Director-General and the Executive of the Department in order to evaluate the Staff' accessory fund amount. It defines and monitors the process of setting up and handling the Staff and Executive of the Departments' accessory funds for the necessary certifications. It supports the Director-General and the Executive of the Department in order to evaluate and plan the projects for staff incentive methods. The Division also ensures the organisation of welfare activities specifically aimed at Staff and Executives of the Departments, planning and implementing actions aimed at staff to incentivise the individual, family and social well-being of University employees.

She participates in the design and management of the Staff Welfare plan, coordinating the services aimed at improving the quality of working life, with particular reference to welfare pocket money and subventions managing relations with all the subjects involved.
