The Division ensures the actions aimed at the administrative and legal management for Administrative Staff, Technicians and Librarians, Faculty and Researchers. It coordinates and supports activities related to the teaching assignments of Lecturers, Researchers and Contract Lecturers. It also provides support to the Disciplinary Proceedings Office for aspects within its competence.
Staff Management Unit
The Unit in in charge of the Staff management, in particular it supervises and analyzes the relevant regulatory developments; manages career events; manages external assignments and authorizations; manages working hours; coordinates the process of economic recognition of overtime work; manages schedule and access to working flexible forms and INAIL (National Institute for Insurance against Accidents at Work) practices for all staff categories and students.

Faculty and Contract Professors Management Unit
The Unit manages the Faculty and Researcher, in particular: it monitors and analyses the relevant regulatory developments; it manages career events; it manages the procedures for assigning salary increases pursuant to Law 240/2010; it manages external assignments and the authorisations requested for various reasons; it manages the procedures connected to changes in scientific disciplinary sector and supports the process of conferring the title of professor emeritus and honorary professor. Moreover, within the teaching assignments, the Unit coordinates and supports the process connected with assigning courses to teachers in collaboration with STUDI Department.
