The Division is in charge of all aspects related to Faculty, Researchers and PTAB personnel recruitment and staff planning procedure. It monitors the use of Staff Points and manages the relevant local and ministerial databases (PROPER). It is in charge of the recruitment and management process of Research Fellowship and of all forms of self-employment activated in the University. The Division supports the Governing Bodies and Departments with regard to staff recruitment planning. Furthermore,with the contribution of the Staff and Faculty Division, it supports the Disciplinary Board and the Disciplinary Proceedings Office. It supports the Inspection Service and coordinates the control of self-declarations for the whole Department activities.

She carries out sample checks of self-declarations and assists the Head of Division in activities related to the Disciplinary Board, Disciplinary Proceedings Office and the Inspection Service. She coordinates the activities in the field of anti-corruption, transparency and privacy in charge of the single Divisions and Units of the Department.

Faculty and Recruitment Unit

The Unit manages the recruitment of teaching and research (faculty and researcher) staff, up to the job allocation, by scouting and promoting job positions. It implements the resolutions of the University Bodies in personnel planning and as for the job positions to be covered, and manages all procedures related to direct selections for professors, and distinguished scholars/scholars of repute. Finally, within the final phase of the process, it handles the employment contracts signing.It collaborates with STUDI Department for issues connected with foreign faculty and researchers job allocation.

Technicians, Librarians, Administrative Staff Recruitment Unit

Head of Unit

The Unit ensures manages the recruitment of technical-administrative and library staff, foreign language experts, executives and other profile regulated by the CCNL and referable to the PTAB personnel. The Unit provides support in personnel planning activities; it supports the scouting and/or promotion of positions and the advertising of selections. It manages the procedures for incoming departmental and inter-departmental mobility of PTAB personnel. It manages incoming procedures and other forms of employment transfer contracts due to current regulations. It manages the procedures for vertical and horizontal economic advancement and manages the onboarding process of newly hired personnel, coordinating with the other competent offices of the University.

The Unit ensures the management of all recruitment processes and the management of Research Fellowships and all forms of self-employed or similar work of the University also on behalf of the Departments. In particular, it manages: the selection procedures and consultant contracts; collaborations and occasional service contracts; selection procedures; drawing up contracts and managing Research Fellowships; Long and Short Visiting Professor assignments procedures and drawing up agreements with the promoting bodies and the activation of extra-curricular internships, Civil Service volunteers and other similar models.
