The Division is in charge of the conservation and management of the University's building heritage; with this regard, they ensure the usability of the buildings through the monitoring and management of their state of conservation. The Division also guarantees that installations in these buildings work efficiently and correctly and supervises their retrofitting from a technical and legal point of view. The Division ensures the management of the University spaces, planning and guaranteeing the provision of logistical services to meet teaching and research activities needs.
Coordination, Support and Monitoring Unit
In collaboration with the Senior Domain Expert "Maintenance Process Manager", the Unit coordinates the mapping, analysis and improvement activities of logistics and maintenance processes in order to digitalise. It monitors the provision of maintenance and logistics services by supporting the RUP (Sole project Manager) and DEC (Contract Execution Director o Director of Contract Execution). It supervises the activities carried out by the Units and the Division's Domain Experts regarding automation and supervision systems and logistics processes, in order to integrate them. It designs, monitors and manages all catering services for campus users.
Building Infrastructures Management Unit
The Unit ensures the buildings availability by carrying out ordinary and non-complex maintenance works. It supports the Architectural, Structural and Plant Design Unit and the Construction Site Management Unit in defining and carrying out the necessary extraordinary maintenance works. It collaborates with the Architectural, Structural and Plant Design Unit in order to define the design standards for the construction of new buildings and monitors the buildings by recording the conservation state of the building elements.
Domain Expert Buildings Supervision and Maintenance
He in charge of coordinating with the Head of Unit in order to: ensure the maintenance work implementation, with planning and design of extraordinary and ordinary maintenance works carried out on the entire network of University buildings. He provides for the detection facilities state and the work programs preparation to be submitted to the Department. He is in charge of the technical-economic evaluation of the building maintenance works.

Electrical Installations Management Unit
The Unit ensures the electrical systems functioning through the management and their continuous technical-regulatory adaptation, carrying out ordinary, extraordinary and mandatory maintenance works in accordance with standards. It supports the Architectural, Structural and Plant Design Unit and the Construction Site Management Unit in order to define and carry out the necessary extraordinary work and collaborates with the Architectural, Structural and Plant Design Unit in order to define the design standards for the buildings construction.
Domain Expert Building Automation Electrical Installations
She has the function of coordinating with the Head of Unit in order to: manage and supervise the complex automation and intelligent supervision systems aimed at the coordinated and integrated management of lighting, electrical and photovoltaic systems in coordination with the Building Automation, Safety and Security Control Room. She ensures the continuous updating of the systems and their implementation in the event of upgrading, replacement and new installations and collaborate in the preparation and implementation of maintenance plans.

The Unit ensures the hydrothermal and plumbing systems functioning through the management and their continuous technical-regulatory adaptation, carrying out ordinary, extraordinary and mandatory maintenance works. It supports the Architectural, Structural and Plant Design Unit and the Construction Site Management Unit in order to define and carry out the necessary extraordinary work and monitors and surveys preservation state of the systems.
Domain Expert Building Automation Air Conditioning Systems
He is in charge of coordinating with the Head of Unit: managing and supervising complex automation and intelligent supervision systems aimed at the coordinated and integrated management of technological systems for air conditioning/ventilation of environments in coordination with the Building Automation, Safety and Security Control Room. He ensures the continuous updating of the systems and their implementation in the requalification event and replacement and new constructions systems. He collaborates for maintenance plans preparation and implementation.

Audiovisual, Security and Video Surveillance Services Unit
The Unit is in charge of the design, installation, management and maintenance of audio-video, security, video surveillance and lifting systems, including access control systems for people and vehicles, at all buildings. It designs and manages audio-video equipment for teaching and events in the University common areas. It manages pedestrian and vehicle access authorisations. It monitors and detects the preservation state of the systems and supports the University events.
Domain Expert Building Automation Security
He manages and supervises complex automation and intelligent supervision systems aimed at the coordinated and integrated management of technological systems for access control and video surveillance in coordination with the Building Automation, Safety and Security Control Room. He ensures constant maintenance and continuous updating of the systems and their implementation in the event of requalification, replacement and new construction of the systems. He is in charge of the relationship with the police for the safety of people and things. He is delegated to the processing of video surveillance data.

Engineering Campus Services Unit
In relation to the group of assigned buildings belonging to the Engineering Campus, the Unit manages the planning and control of logistics, general services and technical works, taking care of the first contact for users. It manages doorman, security, cleaning, small porterage, waste sorting, special waste management, green waste management, snow removal, internal postal service, parking and motor vehicle services. It provides logistical support for the events management in the common areas of the Engineering Campus and monitors the lecture rooms use in order to provide support during the scheduling period of the teaching calendar.
Domain Expert TO CIT
He coordinates, in relation to the "Cittadella", general services and technical works to guarantee services to users. He coordinates with all Units of the Division for the management of emergency breakdownworks in order to guarantee the continuity of services.
Domain Expert Hazardous Waste
He manages the disposal of special waste for the entire University, coordinating the Department needs. He plans the management of ecological islands and their location within the University areas based on research activities and in relation to strategic directions in terms of sustainability and decarbonization.

Architecture Campus Services Unit
In relation to the group of assigned buildings belonging to the Architecture Campus, the Unit manages the planning and control of logistics, general services and technical works taking care of the first contact for users. It manages concierge, surveillance, cleaning, small porterage, waste sorting, internal mail and parking services. It guarantees logistical support for the event management in the common areas of the Architecture Campus and monitors the lecture halls use in order to provide support during the scheduling period of the teaching calendar.
Management Asset Furnishings Unit
The Unit manages the planning and purchases of furnishings, creating the distribution layouts for offices, teaching spaces, common and external spaces. It is in charge of the management of the furniture warehouse. It provides for the creation and maintenance of University signposting. It manages the furniture removals for both the administration and Departmental spaces and collaborates with the Architectural, Structural and Plant Design Unit in order to define the design standards of the furniture type chosen.
