In this Division, staff coordinate and manage the development of education and teaching quality assurance. In particular, it supports quality assurance in the design of degree programmes, innovation in education, internationalisation of the course catalogue, student orientation/recruitment, admission procedures including pre-enrolment.The Division provides dedicated support for the activities of the Teaching and Language Laboratory (TLLab) and the Centro Linguistico di Ateneo (CLA). The Division also collaborates with the staff belonging to the "Domain supervision of internationalization networks and policies" for the development of international activities.
Course Catalogue and Quality Assurance of Degree Programmes Unit
This Unit is responsible for the course catalogue as well as quality assurance of the degree programs”.They deal with the quality and accreditation of Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes within the framework of the activities of the PQA (Quality Assurance Monitoring Committee) and the Evaluation Board. The Unit supports the Committee for Teaching Coordination and the Joint Teaching Committee. The Unit manages the course catalogue as well as the University and Ministerial course catalogue databases”.

Recruitment and Admissions Unit
This Unit promotes the University's I and II Level course catalogue both at national and international levels, it manages student recruitment and admission procedures.The Unit is in charge of credential evaluation procedures for the assessment and recognition of foreign degrees at different entry levels (not only students), the issuing of degree equivalences, the procedures for obtaining study visas and the coordination of the pre-enrolment phases.
Domain Expert National Recruitment
She is in charge of the planning, implementation and coordination of national recruitment, including orientation projects involving students at a local and national level.
Domain Expert International Recruitment
She is in charge of the planning and development of activities to promote the University's Level I and Level II course catalogue internationally or abroad. To this end, s/he works together with the staff from the “Domain Supervision in networks and internationalisation policies” and the CCBI Department. Furthermore, to optimise recruitment strategies, She works closely with the RIMIN Department for Master's and Level III programmes.
Domain Expert Credential Evaluation
She is responsible for foreign qualification recognition management in all required cases.

Innovation and Development of Education Unit
In this Unit, staff manage all processes related to the development of education and innovation in education, in particular, they conclude and manage Erasmus mobility bilateral agreements with European and non-European universities; they support the negotiation, contracting and management activities related to funded projects in the field of education and development cooperation; they also support the Teaching & Language Centre Office for funding and development opportunities for innovative teaching and language training projects.
Domain Expert International Planning
She supervises the proposal design activities within the context of international calls for proposals to promote the acquisition of resources from funding bodies to support the international mobility and internationalisation of education.

Domain Expert International Educational Agreements
She supervises the definition of new Double and Joint degree agreements and supports the Collegi/Academic Departments in the first phase of negotiation.

Collegi Coordination Unit
The Unit supports the creation and coordination of a professional network of education experts (the education "sentinels") to guarantee efficient and effective support to the Collegi of the Degree programmes. The staff in this Unit works in synergy with all Department’s Units, in particular with the Course catalogue and Quality Assurance of Degree Programmes Unitand with the Lecture Timetable Unit.

"Teaching & Language Center" Unit
The Unit supports the activities of the Teaching and Language Laboratory (TLLab) and the University Language Center (CLA). It supports the planning, design and organization of language courses and the activities of language experts. The Unit is in charge of the design/redesign of the degree programmes through the application of innovative teaching methodologies supported by technology, by rethinking the education/training approach and delving into different pedagogical practices and available digital teaching tools. The Unit manages the administrative and organizational aspects of teaching innovation.
