Student Administrative Services and Registrar Division

The staff in this division manage all student career phases from the first enrolment to graduation, including international mobility and internships experiences along students’ study path.The Division collaborates with the staff form the “Domain supervision in internationalisation networks and policies Department for the development of activities at an international level.

The staff in this Unit manage student careers, from enrolment to graduation. They deal with the admission applications to the Master's degree programmes, recognition and equivalence of foreign degrees, the updating of web pages and information boards, Bachelor and Master’s thesis projects in companies, initiatives aimed at the maturation and certification of cross-cutting and professional skills, and state examinations.

The staff in the Unit manages the promotion and dissemination of mobility opportunities abroad/international mobility opportunities. They write and manage mobility calls, conclude bilateral agreements, manages scholarships for students involved in mobility programmes and their careers. They manage relations with the Erasmus National Agency and are in charge of the incoming and outgoing mobility of faculty, researchers, techinicians and administrative staff within the framework of the Erasmus + calls for proposals.

The Unit is responsible for the University tuition fees and of the University Registrar activities; it is also in charge of the right to study policies and of the relations with EDiSU (Regional authority safeguarding the right to access university studies in Piedmont). Staff in this Unit manage the administrative aspects of student careers and supports the Student Ombudsman. They are in charge of writing calls for competition for part-time student scholarships, prizes and competitions for ideas, as well as research training grants. The Unit deals with ANS transmissions and issues special certificates.
