The Division is in charge of research, innovation and education activities throughout the Administrative and Academic Departments within the framework of institutional programmes with foundations, public and private bodies and University initiatives. It manages and monitors the strategic institutional programmes’ activities financed by external bodies. It is in charge of the financial management of technology transfer and training/education projects whose activities are carried out by other Department’s Divisions. Finally, it is in charge of the planning, managing and monitoring of the Departments's budget and all activities related to internal and external financial audits.

He coordinates the planning, management and monitoring of the Department's budget, with the support of the various Divisions and the PhD (Research) Programmes Hub and drafts the budget forecast. He is responsible for the internal audit and coordinates ad hoc working groups. He supports the Department’s units and the PhD (Research) Programmes Hub in external auditing activities, drafts documents and interacts with the auditors. He monitors the life cycle of projects managed and supervised by the Departement, through the analysis of data extracted from the applications.

The Unit is in charge of the operational management of cross-cutting research, innovation and training/education activities of the Administrative and Academic departments, financed by institutional activity programmes with foundations and private entities. It monitors the development of projects and interacts with stakeholders to solve problems.

Innovation and Education Cross-topics Projects Unit

The Unit is in charge of the operational management of innovation and training/education cross-topics activities, which are carried out by the various Department’s units and financed within the framework of institutional programmes with foundations and public and private bodies.Staff in this Unit are responsible for activities related to the planning of projects in the fields of innovation, higher education, PhD and specializing master programmes.
