This Division is in charge of the enhancement, design and delivery of the professional post-graduate training offer with a view to quality and with particular attention to the needs of the world of work. It coordinates the processes of design, approval, activation, promotion, delivery and management of I and II level university master's degree courses, of lifelong learning programmes, of entrepreneurial and project-based professional training initiatives for students (challenge) in close liaison with the other Department’s Divisions for funding opportunities and relations with companies.
She supports teaching staff in designing complex education activities, and analyses best practices in innovative education in order to meet the needs of external actors and liaising with lecturers and scientific coordinators of the initiatives concerned. She supports teaching staff in drafting proposals for tenders and competitive initiatives, and is in charge of budgeting in the negotiation phase.She collaborates with the Teaching Lab and the MultiMedia Design&Production Hub with innovation in education purposes.

He promotes the development of an entrepreneurial culture within the academic community. He is responsible for the activities of the University Teaching Lab, and collaborates with the University EIC (Entrepreneurship and Innovation Centre) and I3P to promote and support projects and initiatives consistent with its mission, also promoted by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT).
He supports the strategic development of Executive learning initiatives and pathways, aimed at managers, entrepreneurs, function managers and professionals. He initiates relations with potential partners for Executive Training, by consolidating the network already existing, in order to create new types of training initiatives. He also nurtures dialogue with companies by involving them in new ways of cooperation with Politecnico and checks the possibility of extending them to other initiatives.
