The Division deals with the strategic plan and is in charge of the activities related to the University's quality assurance and evaluation processes, with a focus on the enhancement of scientific production, in liaison with the University Bodies and other University entities.The staff in this division supervise decision-making analyses and tools, in liaison with the Centro Studi and the development of the Business Intelligence Tools the consolidation of the Datawarehouse and its integration with management information systems.
She supervises, with the Senior Domain Expert in Strategic Assessments and Reporting, the development of studies and analyses of the university's positioning within the university system, also by collecting inputs from the Centro Studi.
He coordinates the development and management of the University Data Warehouse. He is responsible for the design of the conceptual model, the design, the implementation, as well as the routine and evolutionary management of the University Data Warehouse.
He coordinates data modelling and Database Management System activities for data visualization, in close liaison with the Domain Expert in University data warehouse and the Domain Expert in Reporting.
She coordinates the quality assurance processes in accordance with the directions of ANVUR (Italian National Agency for the Evaluation of Universities and Research Institutes) and the international accreditation agencies. She supervises the information flows between the PoliTo bodies in charge on specific issues and handles directly their technical and specialist support.
He coordinates the activity of collecting and transmitting official and certified data to the MUR (Italian Ministry of University and Research) and external bodies, by liaising with STUDI Department and by ensuring quality in relation to the specific purpose.
He coordinates the design and development of Business Intelligence Tools ensuring the quality of the underlying data models taken from the Datawarehouse and the quality of visualization (Data Visualisation) in relation to the specific purposes.
He supervises the evaluation of publications by liaising with the Domain Expert in University data warehouse and the Domain Expert in Reporting for the development of the Business Intelligence Tools. He supervises the use of the Scopus/Scival and ISI databases for the data flows used to feed the reference data warehouse.
