The Division is in charge of all aspects related to the Faculty, Researchers, PTAB personnel recruitment and staff planning procedure, as well as of the recruitment and management of all forms of external staff (non-employees).This Division oversees the control of self-declarations for the activities of the whole Department and the support to disciplinary action within the Department. The Division supports the Disciplinary Board and the Inspection Service.
External Staff and Other Types of Employment Contracts Unit
The Unit handles recruitment and management of teaching contracts for all teaching entities, consultant contracts, collaborations and occasional service contracts as job allocations, also by academic departments and of research fellowships, of extra-curricular internships and of Civil Service volunteers.It supports the colleagues in charge of contract termination measures arising from breaches of the code of conduct in contradiction with the person concerned.
Faculty and Recruitment Unit
The Unit manages the recruitment of teaching and research (faculty and researcher) staff, up to the job allocation, by scouting and promoting job positions. It implements the resolutions of the University Bodies in personnel planning and as for the job positions to be covered, and manages all procedures related to direct selections for professors, and distinguished scholars/scholars of repute. Finally, within the final phase of the process, it handles the employment contracts signing.It collaborates with STUDI Department for issues connected with foreign faculty and researchers job allocation.
Technicians, Librarians, Administrative Staff Recruitment Unit
This Unit manages the recruitment of technical-administrative and library staff, foreign language experts and technologists and supports staff plan activities, promotion and advertising of selection procedures. It manages selection procedures for /calls for competition for staff recruitment.It implements the PEO and PEV procedures (economic benefit in the form of a salary increase as staff enhancement) and within the final phase of the process, it handles the employment contracts signing and job allocation.
