This Division supervises and coordinates process management and integrated planning, by monitoring the Integrated Activity and Organization Plan (PIAO) and implementing the University Strategic Plan.The staff in this division collaborate with the ISIAD Department in the design of the University's information systems and supports the organizational system.Staff develop and supervise systems to support the evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative actions, coordinate mapping, analysis activities and monitor process improvement, by collecting data and models for surveys.The Division manages the reward processes for PTAB.
He supervises the connection among analysis and process review, integrated programming and application development activities falling within the responsibility of ISIAD Department, with the aim of defining models for information management and related flows. He analyses the availability of external solutions and systems to be integrated and their compliance with the University's processes.
She is in charge of the review of processes and of the development of management systems aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative activities/actions. She works in liaison with the ED Organisation and with all University administrative departments/divisions involved as for the activities which have to be analysed and the processes to be revised.
She supervises the implementation of the Performance Cycle in all its phases in connection with and in support of the entities, the evaluated subjects and the evaluator involved.
