This Division supports the definition of staff developing policies including staff training.For Administrative staff, Technicians and Librarians, Faculty and Researchers, the Division manages external assignments and staff authorizations; for TAB staff only it also manages working hours and flexible forms of work. The Division welcomes newly recruited staff and manages INAIL (Italian National Institute for Insurance against Accidents at Work) practices for all staff.

Staff Development and Training Unit
This Unit is in charge of staff development and planning and of the definition of PTAB staffing levels and skills requirement.The Division coordinates the analysis of training needs of the University staff and manages training processes at all stages.
Domain Expert Organisational Development
She supervises organisational development activities at different levels, with a view to their integration for the full enhancement and proper allocation of the PTAB staff.
Domain Expert Staff Training
She supervises the overall planning for staff training programmes and the design of individual training courses, in liaison with other University departments/offices/units.

Staff Management Unit
This Unit manages authorizations for external assignments, schedule and access to working flexible forms for all staff categories in relation to specific disciplines per category. It supports the Department and the Senior Domain Expert in Employees Relations in trade union relations.
Faculty Management Unit
The Unit is in charge of the management of teaching and research staff, in particular of: authorizations for external assignments, the procedures for awarding salary increments pursuant to Law 240/10 and the procedures related to changes in disciplinary scientific areas. The Unit supports the process of conferring the title of emeritus and honorary professor and implements the CSA and Cineca databases with data related to the career of teaching and research staff.
