The Division supervises University project initiatives identified by the General-Director with programme office/management support.In this division staff coordinate initiatives dedicated to improving the services and usability of the Campus, as well as to the satisfaction of its users; they are in charge of the inventory of the University's emissions, the Decarbonisation Plan, the design and implementation of new technologies to support Campus monitoring and effective interaction with users. They deal with the management and development of the University's video communication systems. They supervise and manage the Facility Management support systems (FACTOTUM) and support the work of the Energy Manager.
Facility Management Unit
The Unit manages the tools for the representation of University’s premises, Archibus, Factotum, Polimap, and takes care of their evolution with ISIAD.It coordinates the University contact persons for the updating of information on premises, facilities, occupants. It supervises the correct routing of service requests for the Campus to the competent interlocutors.It also supports the integration of planning activities among all Administrative departments as for Campus services.
Campus Services Innovation Unit
The Unit is in charge of the design, implementation, testing and control of high-tech services for the Campus and its users: streaming and video-recording tools, Campus monitoring systems, University information boards, support equipment for people with disabilities.It also supports the organization of University events with non-standard video communication solutions, from videoconferencing, webcasts and webinars to streaming.
Campus Services Planning and Monitoring Unit
The Unit is in charge of the planning and monitoring of campus services.Staff in this Unit supervise and coordinate actions related to the emissions inventory and the University's decarbonisation plan.They work out representations of the main dimensions relating to Campus operations; they monitor, in liaison with the PROGES Department, the University's utilities and energy consumption.
Domain Expert Energy
She supports the Energy Manager in defining actions on the University, in dealing with external bodies relations, in the development of domain-specific projects and in the drafting of documents required by regulation.
