This Division supports the Board of Directors, the Academic Senate as the technical secretariat of these University bodies. Staff in this Division are in charge of the election processes, of University regulations and deal with institutional appointment processes.It supports the drafting and amendment of the Statute and the University Regulations and is in charge of the approval, enactment and publication process of these documents. It coordinates and manages the institutional processes related to the nomination and appointment procedures of all the University Bodies, Vice-Rectors, Delegates and Rector’s Advisors, as well as the teaching and research entities. The Division manages voting procedures and collaborates with ISIAD in the management of telematic voting procedures.

She supervises the drafting and approval process of the Statute and General Regulations of the University, as well as all the election regulations. She supports the preliminary activities and deliberative processes - collaborating with the Head of Office - defined by the sub-commissions of the University Bodies. She is the liason person for all the University entities as for nomination and appointment processes.
