Mission

The Hub was created to support the University in the integration and development of multimedia content for innovation for education, the creation of multimedia material for communication and publishing projects and the enhancement of the University's audio-visual heritage. The aim is to increase quality products in order to strengthen Politecnico brand at national and international level by handling all relations, as well conveying messages through dissemination channels and aiming at an overall improvement in the University's visibility. The Hub reports hierarchically to the Director-General, with a prevailing functional affiliation with the ISIAD Department, for the general support functions (budget, attendance management, etc.), as well as for the continuous support necessary to be always in line with the latest technologies and enjoy constant support and updating. The Hub liaises with all the Central Administration entities for aspects related to their functions, with particular reference to the Communication, Identity and Valorisation Hub for aspects related to the design and implementation of multimedia products.

Domain Expert
He supervises the text-writing processes aimed at the production of multimedia products (video and audio) promoting Politecnico brand by conveying the peculiarities capable of capturing the users attention. He has specific knowledge for the dissemination channels and carries out an accurate strategic and analytical study of objectives, market and target audience (students, PhD students, researcHers, etc.), so as to aim to achieve the expected results.

Domain Expert Instructional Design

Domain Expert
He manages the formalisation processes of innovative teaching models, methods, strategies and procedures to optimise and improve the knowledge creation processes. He supports teaching staff in the design of degree programmes and the creation of related modelling. He works from the development of courses, suggesting the choice of media to be used, the preparation of materials and the setting up of learning environments. He follows the implementation by carrying out and monitoring teaching activities, and finally, the evaluation phase, to verify the results obtained at the end of the project (for a continuous improvement cycle of the system).
