She coordinates and supervises the processing of practice to be submitted to the Collective Bodies, also on the basis of the proposals coming from the other Offices of the Department. She manages the approval and signature process of institutional agreement proposals with effects on the areas of compentence of STUDI Department. She supervises the institutional management of relations with the CIFIS. She supports the administration and personnel management activities. She supervises and coordinates the document management processes. She coordinates the mapping, analysis and improvement of processes.

She coordinates financial budget planning and monitoring activities. She supervises the credit registration activities under the Deparment responsibility. She plans and supervises needs of goods and services purchase and manages the related procurement procedures in collaboration with the different Offices and with AGACON Office in staff to the Director General. She supervises the settlement processes. She supports the development and monitoring of ministerial indicators of competence. She coordinates the financial reporting activities of the projects managed by the Department.

She supports the Department and the Vice Rector for Education in the analysis and control of processes connected with education through the monitoring of the dimensionsand indicators connected with education at various levels. She is responsible for the correct monitoring of data in liaison with the ISIAD and RIMIN Departments and with the STARQ Office.
