PNRR Coordination and Research Facilities Division

The Division is responsible for coordinating and managing activities related to funding and projects under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). It also focuses on the planning, development and enhancement of research infrastructure with the Departmental Districts and Departments involved, including in terms of project planning. Main activities of the Division: Coordination of the administrative and financial aspects of the PNRR and Infrastructure programmes, ensuring the proper management of resources and contributions in collaboration with the relevant structures. Constant monitoring of the operational and financial progress of PNRR and Infrastructure projects, in close synergy with the Departments and Departmental Districts involved. Management of relations with external parties (Implementing Entities, HUBs, Spokes, affiliates) and supervision of audit activities, in collaboration with dedicated professionals. Coordination of the submission of complex project proposals in response to competitive calls for proposals (PNRR, Horizon Europe, POR FESR), aimed at attracting resources for the enhancement or creation of new infrastructure. Monitoring the performance and impact of infrastructure, contributing to the definition of sustainable access models and the promotion of the research services offered.
