The Division supervises activities aimed at ensuring the proper economic, administrative and fiscal management of the University's building assets, supervising the drafting and monitoring of negotiated agreements and also providing data, tools and digital models to support strategic decisions, technical management and investment planning. The Division is the University's organisational and management facility supporting the activities of the BIM Manager. The role Head of Division is assigned ex officio to the Head of Digital Building Information Management appointed by the Director General as the delegate responsible for fulfilling the obligations set out in Annex I.9 of Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2023, as amended.
Domain Supervision - Digital Information Management for Construction
Domain Expert Digital Twin
She supervises the following activities: the management of information containers that constitute the digital twin of the University's assets using tools for representing the University's spaces, supervising the development and implementation of infographic data in coordination with all PROGES Department services and other University Offices; coordinating and monitoring the population of the information database of systems, subsystems and building, structural and plant elements that constitute the digital twin of the University's buildings and creating information reports tailored to the Administration's needs.
Property Management Unit
The Unit supervises the processes relating to: the acquisition and sale of real estate management with support for the drafting of relevant contracts and agreements; the drafting of contracts and agreements for the use of spaces; the launch of the preliminary investigation aimed at the return of the "building dossier" in order to completely and timely manage the University real estate assets and the leases, goods concessions and loans, with the support of the Divisions fo the Department and the Offices involved.
