The Division promotes the culture of ethics and transparency, supports the Board of Governors and the Academic Senate, is in charge of the election processes coordinated by the Senior Domain Expert in Government Relations and Electoral Processes. It is in charge of activities connected with the adoption and publication of the University regulations and deals with institutional appointment processes. Through the Anti-Corruption, Transparency, Privacy and support to the Ethics Committee Unit, it acts as a liaison and coordinator in anti-corruption and transparency issues, supporting the Responsible for the Prevention of Corruption and Trasparency (RPCT). The Head of Division performs the function of Data Protection Officer (DPO).

She proactively supports the activities of the "Regulations Working Group" collaborating with the Executive of the Department in the preliminary and deliberative phases. She is the contact person for all the University Offices in order to identify the designation and nomination processes, providing indications on the expected methods and times as well as on the roles and assignments covered over time, also considering the incompatibility.

The Unit is aimed at ensuring liaison and coordination on anti-corruption and transparency, and is called to support to the Responsible for the Prevention of Corruption and Trasparency (RPCT). Furthermore, it provides support to the University Ethics Committee and supports the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in his functions.
