Life Division (Services for the University Community)

She coordinates the services provided to support people with disabilities and Specific Learning Disorders both PoliTo students and staff (admission tests, exams, setting up of premises and classrooms, compensatory tools, etc.).She works in synergy with the Academic Representative for rights of people with disabilities, SLDs, and SEN, and with the academic staff to define and handle specific actions. She cooperates with PROGES and ISIAD Departments on issues related to accessibility and the definition of reasonable accommodations. She collaborates with the Senior Domain Expert People and Diversity Management to create support to the Politecnico community experiencing needs related to disability/health difficulties.

He supervises the entire cycle of design, implementation and evaluation of the University's Gender Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Plan, ensuring consistency with national and international regulations, development strategies and internal guidelines. He supervises the preparation of the Gender Report, ensuring the collection, analysis and interpretation of the necessary data, in close collaboration with the STARQ Office and the various organisational officess involved .He promotes participatory processes and contributes to the dissemination of a culture of equal opportunities through training, information and awareness-raising initiatives aimed at the academic community and external stakeholders.

She manages the design, development, implementation and the management of services for the academic community with the aim of ensuring efficiency, quality and innovation in University processes. She manages relations with any external suppliers and acts as a point of reference for issues related to the use of services aimed at staff, with a particular focus on work-life balance. She supervises and manages the organization of the Students & Welcome Hub.

She supervises the welcome services extended to the whole academic community (students, faculty, PhD candidates, etc.). She supports the design and development of initiatives that facilitate and assist international guests in administrative and organizational processes necessary for their integration into the Politecnico's community. This includes support for entry and residence procedures in Italy, the organization of informational events, the structuring of induction programs, and onboarding processes in collaboration with PEPS and RIMIN Departments.She liaises with institutional representatives of the University and local stakeholders to build networks, working groups, and task forces aimed at sharing best practices and creating processes that facilitate integration into the local community and the University environment.
