The Division ensures the actions aimed at the development of the organisational structure and its people. It manages the processes of analysis, evaluation and monitoring of organisational assignments for staff and it is in charge of the processes relating to granting, renewal and revocation of responsibility positions. Within the Division, there is the Staff Training School, which plans and manages training courses for staff necessary for skills enhancement, development and updating. The Division manages the individual performance evaluation process including the Performance Measurement and Assessment System.

Training Events Planning Unit
The Unit is responsible for programming and planning training courses, implementing the plans of the Staff Training School and the PIAO. In particular: it prepares the training budget and monitors its flows, based on the training needs identified for Offices, professional families, specific or cross-cutting targets; it manages relations with suppliers, including identifying new partners and areas for development; it manages relations with the Offices in order to support them, where necessary, in the design of training courses and in the subsequent steps of organisation and delivery; it manages the organisation and logistics of training events; it organises on-the-job training courses to support the organisation's processes; it manages the tasks assignment to internal teaching staff and prepares the necessary measures for courses activation; it manages the Training Portal; it processes and analyses training data, preparing reports and projections; it supports the communication and launch of training initiatives.

She manages relations with the various Offices in order to support them in identifying the most suitable training courses, designing training content consistent with educational objectives, and identifying the most effective teaching methodology. She also collaborates within the School and the Unit to propose innovative cross-disciplinary training courses consistent with the training and development needs of the University's administrative staff.

Staff Development and Performance Management Cycle Unit
The Unit is in charge of all actions related to the organisation transformation in order to ensure the implementation of the strategic dimension. It manages the organisational chart also for the purposes of organisational integration in the systems. It manages the assignment of organisational roles; mobility and internal transfers; the professional skills models. It manages and updates the Performance Measurement and Assesment System, supervises the individual performance management process and provides support to the Offices, to the evaluated subjects and to the evaluators in the objectives definition, monitoring and evaluation.
Domain Expert Organisational Development
She supervises organisational development activities at different levels, with a view to their integration for the full enhancement and proper allocation of the PTAB staff, update the organisation charts and the dedicated section of the website, including translations.
