This Division coordinates and supports all activities and services aimed at improving the quality of life of the whole University Community. The staff in this Unit supervise and manage the activities and services for organisational wellbeing, international guests reception and welcoming and implementation of equal opportunities.

Senior Domain Expert
She plans and supports the implementation of services and initiatives aimed at assisting and supporting people throughout the Division, with particular reference to the following services: reception; support for special needs and individual organisational and overall well-being. She works in coordination with the institutional bodies responsible for the different kinds of activity. She manages the relation with with the external bodies involved in the provision of outsourced services.

She coordinates the services provided to support people with disabilities and Specific Learning Disorders (PoliTo students and staff), by working in sinergy with staff from other Departments with the aim of defining and handling specific actions (admission tests, exams, setting up of premises and classrooms, compensatory tools, etc.). She cooperates with PROGES Department on issues related to facilitated accessibility for people with limited mobility.

He coordinates all actions aimed at drafting of the Gender Equality Action Plan and Gender Balance and monitoring, as well as monitoring its implementation, in liaison with PROSIQ Department.

She manages the design and the management of services for the academic community. She supervises and manages the organization of the Students & Welcome Hub.

She supervises the welcome services extended to the whole academic community (students, faculty, PhD candidates, etc.). She supports the design and development of initiatives that facilitate and assist international guests in administrative and organizational processes necessary for their integration into the Politecnico's community. This includes support for entry and residence procedures in Italy, the organization of informational events, the structuring of induction programs, and onboarding processes in collaboration with PEPS and RIMIN Departments.She liaises with institutional representatives of the University and local stakeholders to build networks, working groups, and task forces aimed at sharing best practices and creating processes that facilitate integration into the local community and the University environment.
