Outgoing mobility

For teaching staff, researchers and technical-administrative personnel, there are many opportunities for international mobility at partner universities of the Politecnico in order to carry out training, teaching and research activities in international programmes or initiatives promoted by the University.

The programme is for university lecturers and staff and allows them to carry out the following activities:

  • Teaching Mobility, aimed at supporting teaching activities at universities participating in the ERASMUS+ Programme. The recipients of this initiative are faculty staff members.
  • Training Mobility, aimed at supporting training activities to update one’s skills at universities taking part in the ERASMUS+ Programme. The recipients of this initiative are the University's faculty teaching and non-teaching staff.

Thanks to the "Marie Skłodowska-Curie" actions, the European Commission funds researchers of all nationalities, in all disciplines and at all career stages, offering doctoral programs in cooperation with companies.

The website of the Ministryof Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) with appointment notices and calls for tenders in the sciences.

Call for tender addressed to universities and research organisations for funds to attract excellent researchers.

Opportunities for internships and external contracts to work at the various institutes of the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission, located in Italy, in Ispra, and in other European countries.

The Fulbright Programme supports mobility between Italy and the United States with scholarships for Italian and US citizens offered jointly by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Department of State.

Promotion and funding programme for the academic cooperation between scientists and scholars from Germany and other countries at any stage of their careers.

This programme provides scholarships to enable exceptionally promising Italians at the start of their careers to undertake research or post-graduate specialisation at a major university or research centre abroad.
