The Division ensures the actions aimed at the development of the organisational structure and its people. It manages the processes of analysis, evaluation and monitoring of organisational assignments for staff and it is in charge of the processes relating to granting, renewal and revocation of responsibility positions. Within the Division, there is the Staff Training School, which plans and manages training courses for staff necessary for skills enhancement, development and updating. The Division manages the individual performance evaluation process including the Performance Measurement and Assessment System.
Staff Development and Performance Management Cycle Unit
The Unit is in charge of all actions related to the organisation transformation in order to ensure the implementation of the strategic dimension. It manages the organisational chart also for the purposes of organisational integration in the systems. It manages the assignment of organisational roles; mobility and internal transfers; the professional skills models. It manages and updates the Performance Measurement and Assesment System, supervises the individual performance management process and provides support to the Offices, to the evaluated subjects and to the evaluators in the objectives definition, monitoring and evaluation.
Domain Expert Organisational Development
She supervises organisational development activities at different levels, with a view to their integration for the full enhancement and proper allocation of the PTAB staff.

Staff Training School
The School designs and manages training courses for Technical, Administrative and Library Staff, which are necessary for skills enhancement, development and updating in order to support reorganisation processes, internal mobility courses creation within the University and in general professional growth courses promotion disseminating ethical principles in Public Administration. In particular: it coordinates the analysis of training needs of University Staff and the monitoring and final evaluation of training initiatives carried out. It supports the training activities planning by area of competence and soft training of cross-cutting interest across multiple Offices in a broad sense, in order to support change processes. It manages cross-cutting training processes at all stages. It promotes the organisational culture of process management and defines professional development courses for the University professional families. It designs and manages development courses for individual roles and/or key figures and designs and manages team building initiatives.
Domain Expert Staff Training
She supervises the overall planning for staff training programmes and the design of individual training courses, in liaison with other University Departments/Divisions/Units.
