The Division is characterized by its specialised knowledge of the rules and mechanisms of research programmes financed by regional, national and international competitive tenders. It coordinates, through its contact persons, inter-departmental and/or large-scale projects in synergy with academic departments and provide support and consultancy for the resolution of problems related to the management of departmental projects. It also coordinates the implementation of projects financed within the PNRR with departmental impact.
Interdepartemental Projects Coordination Unit
The Unit is in charge of implementing projects and/or clusters of projects, funded at national, regional and international level, which are considered strategic, inter-departmental and/or coordinated by the University and/or of high economic value. In particular, it monitors the progress of the activities, interacts with the funding body, supports the scientific coordinator in coordinating the partnership, and is in charge of the administrative and financial aspects.
Departmental Projects Management Support Unit
The Unit provides specialist advice and support to academic departments for the implementation of research projects funded by regional, national and international competitive calls. It analyses the rules of the various funding programmes, interacts with funding bodies to solve problems, drafts internal guidelines for project management, and coordinates activities related to cost certification and level II audits.
